Windows 10: Multiple Windows 10 Pro Retail License Keys

Hi,

at Win 10's early existence, I accumulated 4 Win 10 Pro Retail license keys from non-Microsoft retailers and I still know what the 4 keys are:

• 1 I've found to be active in a Hyper-V virtual machine.
• 1 I've found to be active on a rarely booted offline disk.
• 1 of them I activated on an old PC that came without Windows. And then I later logged on and linked it to my Microsoft account on that old device, the device is now scrapped entirely and removed from my account, but my current PC also arrived hardware only and is logged into that Microsoft account and activated with a digital license which can only be derived from that same license key.
• 1 license key is not in use, but how can I find which of the last 2 it is? Or to put it another way, how can I find which one was active on my old PC before I logged onto my Microsoft account and linked it?

And do the license key terms allow me to gift the unused key to a friend?

Windows 10 Home Full-Retail license to Windows 10 PRO using MSDN Key

MAK's are for Pro Volume Licence and Enterprise ISO's - they will not work with with Retail edition installations.

PS: Some useless info: Retail keys work on a VL iso though...

I read through most of that thread and it seems you have to jump through windows insider hoops. Is there a Retail Windows 10 x64 PRO ISO I can download directly from microsoft that my windows 8 key will work with?

A question about license and activation. I bought several months ago a Windows 8.1 Home Full-Retail license that I had used until I've upgraded to Windows 10 on the day-one (29-7).
Since a couple of month I've a Msdn subscription from my business company so I've five Windows 10 Pro license keys at least to upgrade the Home edition installed.

My worry is:

1) May I upgrade to Pro from Home without a clean install?

2) May I come back to Home full-retail license from Pro license (Oem?) using the Windows 8.1 product key I've printed on the original package?
