Windows 10: Multiplying Virus

Hello!So basically a few days ago i was chilling, i had an update so i restarted my computer and as soon as i restarted and signed in, Windows Defender alerted me there's a powershell virus and some app or thing is using powershell to create malwareI used Microsoft Live Chat but they took alot of time. Responded at 1.42am.Then today when i press "Take Action, Remove" it added more virusesAnyone please help. As of i am writing this now, my pc is lagging VirusesCmdLine: C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -EncodedCommand QQBkAGQALQBNAHAAUAByAGUAZgBlAHIAZQBuAGMAZQAgAC0ARQB

mp3s multiply themselves

I have this problem with my Lumia 720. I upload mp3s through the cable, put them on my SD card. At first its fine, but then after few days when I try to access them through the standard mp3 player the song list is doubled. Now I have 2 of every song. I
left it untouched for another few days and they multiplied again, it got to a point where I had 5 copies of each song on the list. And they all work. I have to listen to the same song 5 times or skip the copies to get to next one. I tried to delete the multiplied
copies but then the song stops working and I get error code 80070002. Note that I only get this error code after I delete any of the unwanted copies. Help.
