    multitouch touchscreen resets to mouse touch with every restart


    I have an RTK FHD HDR touchscreen 10 point multitouch resistive monitor connected to my PC running Windows 10 version 21H1 build 19043.928. There is an HDMI connection for video and a USB-C to USB-A for power and touchscreen data. Everything is set-up, calibrated and operational as it should, but with every restart of the system the monitor resets itself to mouse touch. 1 point operation with a mouse pointer. If I disconnect the usb power and connect it back in, it returns back to normal. I have checked the drivers in Device Manager under Human Interface Devices HID-compliant touch screen
