I'd recommend trying to update or reinstall the audio drivers. This can often solve issues like this. Here are the steps:

- Press Windows Key+X and choose Device Manager.

- Find your audio device in the list.

- Right-click it and choose Update Driver.

- If that doesn't work, try uninstalling it and then scan for hardware changes to reinstall the driver.

This should resolve the issue. Otherwise, try installing the drivers directly from Lenovo:

You could also try installing the Lenovo Solution Centre which can run various repairs and troubleshooting tools specific to your device.

Downgrading to Windows 8.1 from Windows 10 after 30-day period

Hi Musab,

Since your system is already past the 30 day period, the only option to go back to Windows 8.1 is to do a
Restore Factory Settings. You can always make a backup of all the files and data before proceeding with the reset so you will have a way to retrieve all the data and files you have.
