Windows 10: Music apps won't play when minimized

So, I use a few music apps (Tunein, Audials, Third Party Pandora App). I notice that, when you minimize all of them in Windows 10, the music stops like a second later.

How do you fix this?

It didn't do this in Windows 8.1. I had no problem running Tunein for instance minimized, and still able to hear music.

Update: Played around with it some more. I disabled every sound output and input except one, and it still does it. I checked my laptop, which has Windows 10, with the same apps, and there is no problem. It continues to play when minimized. It will come back if I change the volume up or down with the keyboard, I think because there is a pop up with the artist/song and the volume. As soon as it fades, music stops.

Update: I noticed in the "Details" menu of the "Task Manager", when you minimize the program, it switches to "suspended" after a second. When I maximize it again, it switches back to "running" immediately. This does not happen on the other computer.

Groove Music stops playing music when minimized!!

I have upgraded my OS to Windows 10. But i am facing a strange issue with the microsoft new music app "Groove Music". When i open the app it works fine but when i minimizes it the music stopped playing. When i expand it then it starts playing music from
the point it was minimized. Any ideas to troubleshoot it?

tried restarting everything even hard resting my Xbox it still won't work. I can minimize the app and it will still play but when I try to start another game it app it stops
