Windows 10: Musings about Dual Booting Linux & Windows, HELP!

I have been a machine tool programmer for nearly 40 years, coming from an old school background where we did all the required geometry and trig with a calculator and scratch pad. I did not begin to consider language coding until I began to understand that my value in the modern era had little to do with the knowledge I possessed but with an ability to simply manipulate a GUI. I am still novice with regard to much code writing but am learning at a quicker pace based upon the need to backend many of the cad/cam apps in order to configure in customization's. I have a couple of points and questions 1) applications are written everyday with cross compatibility, why not a good 3rd party program for the major OS boot loader's/MBR's (the simple method, the OS,s should see one another, shake hands and move along). Now that I am preparing to move into the world of virtualization, cyber-objects and analysis, I find myself once more firstly knocking at the door of compatibility, a) I require windows 7 as the known of a system that can be relied upon to quickly and accurately produce code to drive the machines, b) I need windows 10 for its power within modern technologies and the drive through IIoT & 4.0, and c) in certain situations based upon a perusal of the tech that is evolving and my need to understand it all, the requirement for a Linux IoT platform would lend me assurance that it, along with all of its capabilities can be available to a potential employer. The quandary 2) dual & triple boots in the past have posed no difficulties, however, my last effort two days hence has left my system overtaken by an aware? or otherwise grub loader that I have as yet been unsuccessful at wresting control from. Up to this point I have been only attempting to repair with windows startup repair and restore on the startup and install cd's... and I have spent all additional hours browsing for information on how to simply code for this side, yes, we are in fedora30 as I compose this meager plea for assistance. I have as yet to attempt anything drastic in hope of retaining original integrity of the erroneous configuration, I have a couple of apps I am prepared to attempt giving a run at it or if I had a man directive would gladly follow CLI instructions. I know that patience is a virtue, but time is also of the essence, I have until Tuesday morning to repair and configure 'all' my software, not just 3 OS's, cad/cam packages, office software, communication, etc... Above all this I know the end all power of destruction, and though I would prefer the patient confidence derived through the power of knowledge which is the path to wisdom, but, I am able to scrub the entire mess and bring it all back to life, my system images are no longer in place but all my software and data are backed up!


So, please my knowledgeable colleagues and peers, I am asking for proven resolution for triple boot that includes any Linux distro that will run an NX10 thru NX12 PLM software package and play nice with Windows MBR.

dual booting Windows and Linux

I was wondering if theres a way when dual booting Windows 7 and Linux Mint, to have it boot Windows by default and possibly not show the GRUB menu, and if I press a certain key, have it boot linux instead?

Is this even possible?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
