Windows 10: Must I use the Microsoft IPP Class Driver?

Do I have to use the Microsoft IPP Class Driver? I am trying to print using an Epson WF-7820 and it appears, after my own investigation and troubleshooting with Epson tech. support, that the Microsoft IPP Class Driver is interfering with the full printing capabilities my printer--and its latest driver for my operating system--offers. I am trying to print using a custom user-defined size and the IPP Class Driver--the window I get when I go to print a document and set the page size--is not showing the paper size I set up in the printer settings when I go into my document's print menu. Microsoft IPP Class Driver

Microsoft IPP Class Driver only offers Grayscale and Monochrome for printers on my laptop.

 

MS-IPP Class Driver missing

Thanks for getting back to me! Unfortunately, I tried the solutions suggested, but none caused the MS-IPP class driver to become installed. If there were any more things I could try that would be great. Thanks again

 

Microsoft IPP Class Driver-will not allow my printer to print in color

Hello,

I realized that my printer which is a Brother MFC_J995DW Printer, no longer prints in color and does not give that option when the print screen comes up.

Apparently the model: Microsoft IPP Class Driver features are no color and only offers grayscale and monochrome. I would like to either uninstall this Microsoft IPP Class Driver or somehow go back to my old settings. I really need the option to print in color.
