Windows 10: MX Keys Mini keyboard does not work.

Hi,Tried for hours talking with Logitech support to get my new MX Keys Mini keyboard to work. The keyboard keys do not work. The logi mouse works great. Just don't understand Bluetooth versus wireless. Directions below don't make sense because you cannot get the computer to open because you cannot type in login key.Please help.Thanks,JoeMake sure the keyboard is turned on.The LED on the Easy-Switch button should rapidly blink. Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

Logitech mouse and Keyboard issues

Thank you as well. I have no owned a corded mouse in 15 years or since they had wireless mice. Can I do the steps backwards, meaning do the keyboard first rather than the mouse since I will need a working mouse to do all this?
