    I have been using a Logitech MX master 3 for several years on Windows 10 and 11. Recently however, it's accuracy has been drastically degraded. When in Word, for example, I can click on a character and the cursor lands two characters to the left. I have to adjust the mouse for the error. This occurs in several other applications as well --Excel, Edge, Firefox, Google, even Notepad. I thought it was the mouse itself, so I installed and uninstalled Logitech's software to try to correct it. I even switched the mouse to Bluetooth mode. Finally, I removed the Windows driver and reinstalled it. W

    Thank you as well. I have no owned a corded mouse in 15 years or since they had wireless mice. Can I do the steps backwards, meaning do the keyboard first rather than the mouse since I will need a working mouse to do all this?

    Just opened the MX Master 3 mouse and I noticed that there isn't a place for a rechargeable battery or not a place I can see. does the MX Master 3 mouse have a battery and if so how do you change it when it needs to be changed?

    I just found out the answer


    now hopefully when I need a new battery they won't be hard to find.

    MX Mouse 3

    My MX Anywhere 3 mouse has never functioned correctly but as of late it's totally not working. It just stops and locks up the computer because the mouse doesn't function. I have to reboot the laptop.

    I have a Dell Computer, purchased in 2022, it's an i7 Intel CORE.

    It was connected wirelessly when the MX Anywhere 3 mouse worked.

    My Dell Computer only has USB-C connectors. It comes with a Dell Dongel C to a USB-A

    I guess it was connected via bluetooth, there were no wire connections at all.

    This is spooky.
    I switched on the MX Anywhere 3 mouse Turned off the M705 mouse, looked at my Bluetooth & devices Settings and the MX Anywhere 3 mouse is connected 100% and functioning.

    I don't get it but it's working now. Thank You.
