Windows 10: My 2nd Windows User Profile suddenly gone.

Hi. I need help with recovering a lost windows user profile.I have uninstalled eset antivirus last night and it prompted me to restart windows. After the restart, my 2nd windows user profile is gone, I am using that windows profile for work so all of the essential files are there.I have the latest version of Windows 10 too.I really need help in recovering that windows user profile. Any help is greatly appreciated ;I tried reaching out to windows technical support but it seems that they are not easy to contact.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
