Windows 10: my 3 month old hp laptop is restarting each time

my 3 month old hp laptop is restarting each time right after starting up. i get a blue screen and message unexpected kernel mode trap.i do not get enough time to do any problem solving as it shuts down fast.last update: something with 32H ?i tried about 20 times but cannot fix it

Different answers each time I called HP Yes/No Can be connected/No it can't. Last call suggested kill printer add back. It's not on the HP list and can't pick up blue blinking wireless signal . Older HP Inkjet 6350 year old HP laptop both wireless wizard

3 month old laptop froze twice in the past month?

Hello, I have been using a HP 15-ay013nr laptop since September, about 3 months now. I haven't had any serious issues with it so far; however, today I was just using Chrome and it froze up on me. Not just the browser, but the mouse, and nothing was responsive.
I also noticed that the hard drive light indicator on the side of the laptop wasn't flashing like it does during use (although my laptop has a SSD). I tried to shut down the laptop by holding down the power button, but it wouldn't go off. The laptop has a
removable battery, so I took it out, let it sit for a few minutes, put it back in, and turned the laptop back on. I was met with a blank screen for a few seconds, and then it started up as normal.

This same thing happened just a few weeks ago, and I figured it was just a freak thing. I took the same steps before as I did just now. I did run a memory test last time, and everything turned out normal. my antivirus doesn't detect anything wrong, either.
I don't use super heavy processes other than chrome and photoshop, and my laptop doesn't get too hot. I was just wondering, should I be concerned about this? Also, what steps should I take to keep this from happening again?

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
