Recently i wanted to restart to play a game i had in the old account, but my account was closed and i don't remember asking for the closure of it. So is there a way to reopen it or get my old data back? Or at least get what i bought back?

Close permanently close msn.com email account

    Hello,

Kindly refer to this support article for the steps on:
How to close your Microsoft account
    .

Do note when you request an account for closure, we wait for 60 days before permanently deleting your Microsoft account, in case you change your mind or need to access something on the account before it’s gone forever. If you want to reopen your Microsoft account,
just sign in again within that 60 days and we will cancel the account closure process.

    Hope it helps.

  3. Help! My account doesn't exist!??

There is no talking in the Community:

We don't work for Microsoft and due to privacy restrictions/protection we have no access to your personal details to be able to assist you.

    So you closed your Account.

Reopen your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

If you close your Microsoft account, there's a 60-day grace period during which you can change your mind and reopen your account. After 60 days, your Microsoft account will be permanently deleted.

    Reopen your Microsoft account

    • Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in.
    • You'll be asked to receive and enter a security code. After you enter the code, your account will be reopened. Subscriptions, profiles, and content that were on the account prior to closing will be available to you, including rewards points, Xbox profile gamertag, Gamerscore, and purchased content.

My account closed, is there a way to reopen it after 60 days?

Ended one of two emails for MS account. How to undo before 60 days expire?

    Hi Norman,

This is Wil, one of the independent advisor, an expert with Windows 10 and a fellow Windows 10 user like you.

If you requested to close or deactivate a Microsoft account, you may still cancel it. During the 60-day waiting period, your account is marked for closure but it still exists. If you want to reopen your Microsoft account, just sign in again within that 60 days.
The request to close the account will be canceled and everything will be just as you left it.

I hope the information I provided will help you. If you need further assistance please do reply back and I will respond as quickly as possible. Have a nice day.
