Windows 10: my account disabled for no reason on my pc after changing it into pc owner

So i wanted to change my pc ownership to my main account by admin account but after changing onwership my account disapeared my main account and its only on "netplwiz" app. I tried some commands but they dont work. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE??? : i need it. sorry for many mistakes but im just scared as hell 1st image is namu start account and chaning account menu or signing off menu 2nd the settings app images are broken sorry but its my internet problem

Id rather not update. Doubtful that would do anything dont you think? As the other person replied, if I change his access from admin to standard user from my local account will that set the local account to the 'owner'? As it stands now the local account cant view any files on the pc, only the owner account, which is his

My kid signed into my laptop yesterday with his ms account. Somehow its taken over as the owner of the pc and I cannot change it back. I was not using a ms account on the pc before, just a pin to get in. When I go into the usual account settings, there are no options to change user type on his account, just "manage my microsoft account" which opens a browser window. I created a new local user set to admin to try to switch ownership back to but it doesnt work.

What User Account should I use for PC to be sold

I'm going to sell my PC but before I do, I'm going to put a clean install on the machine. As part of a normal installation steps, you normally login to your MS Account. But I don't want to put my account on the machine, I'm hoping you have a solution that will allow me to put some local/temp user account that the new owner can then login with their MS account name and password after they purchase the PC.

I looked through the User Tutorials but nothing jumped out at me.

What do you suggest?
