Windows 10: My account disappeared

hello everyone , i was trying to log in with my microsoft account but it just kept saying that the account doesn't exist it was a personal account not a work or school one and i have been using it for years , then i tried to make a new account using the same email and it made a whole new account and all my data on the previous account had been deleted including minecraft which i purchased about 3 years ago so is there any thing i can do to retrieve the game and my previous data ?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Bree, having followed your advice, a second account named "Andrew Griffin" appeared in the list of accounts on the login screen. This disappeared when I reversed the step.

Brink, I didn't delete my account - it shows up as as "oem" in netplwiz.

Attached a is list of accounts and you'll see that the guest account is degraded - relevant?UserAccountDetails.txt

 

No Administrator account! Just Disappeared

1 Please clarify what "me" is. Is "me" the folder within C:\Users that was associated with your user account? 2 Run this command in any Command prompt or Powershell window and post the results Code:

where username is the relevant entry from step 2. If you are in any doubt at all you can run this command & post the results for every entry you get from step 2. I'd rather see too much data than not see the data that's relevant. It's a relic of Dell's pre-delivery setting up and ought to have been automatically deleted before you ever saw it. - You should also disable [not delete] the Guest account.
