Windows 10: My account got deleted

Was unable to access my account, it said it got deleted. If tried to create a new one using the same email as the previos on it said that account already existed. After a week of being unable to log in, i created the account anyway and now all my bought products have disappeared. Is there a way in which I can recover all my lost stuff?Proof of a game i got using amazon prime on the Microsoft Store about 3 months ago.Moreover, while trying to login to my account on the XBOX application, i get the following error if I'm lucky and it feels like allowing me to do so, using the same password i can

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

Deleted account keeps reappearing

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings
