I talk with the microsoft support team but they didn t really ask for any of the things i said and they told me that they can only suspend tha account

Also may I suggest you change email accounts to one of the following.....

Gmail
Outlook

The reason is they both use "Step two verification". This style of verification means even if a hacker gets your password they cannot log in to your account. You see every time someone try's to log in that hasn't been verified you will get a text or a phone call giving you a final code to log in. Its very easy and simple to setup also. The great thing is once you setup your Email application with a specific "application password" from that account you never have to log in again AND your account is protected from being logged in from foreign entities.

I like the new outlook personally however Gmail is also damn good. Gmail also has an IP tracker that allows you to see WHERE the account has been logged in from. Anyway let us know if you wanna change over and have any questions. We will be happy to help and welcome to TPU!

 

Account compromised, email changed and all credentials. Proof of ownership.

I recently have been compromised on my computer with a Trojan virus, I got notifications about severe security alerts on my phone regarding my email address. I immediately changed my password for my email address, doesn't even make sense how they got into the account considering I have 2FA and my phone has not been compromised. I kept on getting trojan notifications from my antivirus, so I decided to reset my PC.

To my surprise, i try to log into Minecraft using my Microsoft account, and I entered my email but it says the account doesn't exist, I know this is incorrect as I have emails of proof of ownership of account with this email. It also says the Minecraft launcher isn't available in my store, which I continue to try to log into my Microsoft account in the store, but this time, it shows my email associated with an account, but it says its now associated with the following username. Note that the username that I saw, I have never seen before in my life, so obviously my account is compromised. I tried to go through support however Microsoft support is god awful when it comes to recovery, as if the email isn't associated, you're pretty much screwed. So I came to the forums in search of help, as I have bought several things on this account, had account measures in place, but still somehow they bypassed it, which is on Microsoft. Not happy at all, here's a screenshot of the alert it gave me trying to sign in on the store.

one more thing, I tried to attach a screenshot, and it said upload failed numerous times. This is getting ridiculous.

Unauthorized Emails from my account?

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.
