    No, you still don't understand and I'm surprised for someone who claims to be an expert in this that you don't know that 2FA is always better than mere email. The keylogger was just an example of how a computer can be compromised, I didn't say it's happened to you. Did you read Steam's full statement a couple of posts down from my OP? They explained that even experienced users who know what they're doing can have their accounts compromised, hence 2FA on Steam is very important now. If you haven't yet I suggest you do.
