Windows 10: My account got hacked by some hackers

Today, I try to log into minecraft and start seeing that I don't have access to my account anymore. And when I try to use my pin to sign in i see that someone named *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has access to my whole microsoft account. It would be nice if someone restored my account back to how it was a few days ago.

Hello, my account got hacked and I managed to change my email back to my email and not the hackers. I am trying to enable 2 step verification, but it says i need a security code and i cant until 6/29 because i updated my security info from the hackers. How do i enable it? I do not want them to get back into my account.
