    My account got hacked, microsoft wasnt able to recover it and I cant get a refund on games...


    I was hacked earlier this year and when I tried to recover my account, microsoft didnt approve it. I bought the minecraft bundle for 30€ and I want to refund it, because microsoft support doesnt want to recover my account.
