Windows 10: My account hacked and Microsoft has checked and my credit card is being used but does not care.

My account has been hacked after renewing my Office 365 subscription,The hacker has changed my account email,recovery and phone number.This happened on 14/07/2023 at 12.41 am.Microsoft has proven my credit card is being used on hackers account My old accountI have filled in forms and still nothing.It is strange it all started when subscription to office 365 was renewed.

Hi AnthonyFabiano, This is Ken F. One of the Individual Advisor and a fellow user. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. If you can still login with the account that's hacked, then you can always remove the credit card information under your payment
option. Assuming, it's from Microsoft's website, then you have to visit this website to manage your cards under your account.

If you are not sure you can still recover your account, it's always best for you to block the Credit Card since it might still be used to other transactions aside from the website related purchase (If you're card shows purchases from Microsoft Store for example).
