MICROSOFT KEEPS ME DOING THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND THEN POSTS A MESSAGE THAT MY ACCOUNT CANNOT BE ACCESSED DUE TO TOO MANY LOGON REQUESTS WHEN MICROSOFT HAS BEEN INSTRUCTING ME WHAT TO DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. MICROSOFT KEEPS SAYING TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD AND WHEN I DO; MICROSOFT THEN SAYS I CHANGED MY LOGON AND PASSWORD TOO MANY TIMES MAKING THINGS WHERE I CANNOT EVEN USE MY LAPTOP TO GET SOME WORK DONE!!!!!
