Windows 10: My account has been hacked/sold Most likely And I cant recover it using microsoft's...

I need help, I'm trying to recover my microsoft account but when I try to they ask for information to prove that its your account. Now I dont have a lot of information to provide since some dont work or some just cant help me prove. For example the region, theres not even my city or postal code, i type my postal but it says incorrect postal. which leads me to an dead end. Next I tried putting my old password which I assume worked. But then the question "Have you used any of the Microsoft products below with your account before?" Im not familiar with outlook, skype is too old in my opinion an
