Windows 10: my account says out of date settings

ive tried multiple time to fix my account i have tried changing it and they keep saying not right even though i know its right how do i sort out my account because litterally ten years of my life is in that one account and now i cant access it and evry time i get the same bs result from it not enough info about it which guess what happend 10 years ago i dont have a clue on all that stuff now so hows about stop berarding my account about random stuff and let me get it back online and stop blocking it everytime i hardly have any info on it thats how i like it but ya know microsoft is making it harder for me to access my own account than any hacker is. this is about the forth time this has happened and its really **** pissing me off

so how do i get my account back for you to try screwing me over in another couple of weeks.

notice saying "sbcglobal account settings out of date"

I have 5 email accounts and all were working fine and I had made no changes. Today, by sbcglobal.net account is not working saying account settings are out of date. I have followed all the steps and I keep getting a message saying password recovery cannot
be done. I called the number listed on the screen whih was ATT and they were of no use. My other 4 email accounts are working just fine. WHAT IS THE ISSUE??

• When you say “when I go to verify them there is a password that I did not enter”, may I know the verify section that you are referring?
