Windows 10: My account was closed by Microsoft, now unable to log in to my new lap top with it

My account was closed by you. I got it reopened on another device, but am unable to log in to my new lap top with it. When I type in the pw, it just returns back to beginning and asks to sign in again. Pw works on account on another device. Now the lap top is useless

How to delete the Default Microsoft account linked to Lap Top

I created a Microsoft account to use on a new lap top with windows 10, a year ago and also subscribed to Microsoft Office 365. I now have Microsoft office 365 Business under a totally new Microsoft account and a new email.

How do I completely remove the first account that is linked with windows 10 in my lap top? I turn on and it is this first account, office etc. eveything is linked to this account I closed the account and in 60 days it will be gone. I want to switch
and only use my new business account.

How do I do that?

Will I loose the .pst file ? any of my other files and folders ?

Windows 10 on new lap top

I have been using the windows 10 upgrade for 3 years until I had to renew my lap top. Now I am unable to retrieve that copy. Am I able to re-install on my new lap top?

 

Email account for IE 11 on lap top.

I have one email account on HP Pavilion lap top. Log in page shows a different account identified by ***80*** prior to @. Please advise how or where I can check the details and change to the title and enter the correct one. The lap top is frozen with
the initial log in screen.
