Windows 10: My account was hacked and allias was changed

Good day everyone. I'm in need of dire help. I have tried everything from kicrosoft support to xbox support to calling everything. My microsft account was hacked and the email was changed to whomever hacked my accounts email. He also deleted my gmail from the miecrosoft account. Is there a way to recover my account? I have evidence that shows it my account from purchases on my debit card to photos from and with friends and family on that account.

Deleted Allias

Hello. Im 18 and had my mothers email on my xbox account since i got it. I searched up how to change the email on my xbox account and it sent me to the change allias page of my mothers email. I changed the allias to one of my emails then removed hers. However,
that is her all around email that she gets stuff for almost all the time. Its also kind of doubles as a work email. Now when i try to add an allias as that email, it says "That Microsoft account doesnt exist" and when i go to make a new one it say "That account
already exists". Now her account has my email on it instead of hers. How can i put her email back on it? Any help needed. I must have done something i didnt do enough research into first.

Again...

I sent a ticket I just hope they resolve it soon cause I really want to play Portal 2.

And I don't want him getting me banned.

But the scary thing is they hacked my Email account too!

I've changed the password but is that enough?

I scanned my Computer using malware and it got rid of 9 Nasty objects! Its been months since I did a scan and now I'm thinking this is how they got me.

Is a password change and malware scan removal enough to secure me? I made the password much harder than before.

Thinking about doing a reformat as well. Suggestions? Should I leave the hacked email account and make a new one?
