I received a Microsoft authenticator notification on my phone so i went to check, apparently someone logged in and instantly he changed the emails and phone number and deleted my original email account so now i need help recovering it back.

When a Microsoft account is hacked and the hacker changes the associated Email, sadly it is no longer possible to recover that account, because any recovery codes will go to the hackers Email address, the only option is to create a new Microsoft account, then because this community is just a user to user forum, we do not have account access, you will need to contact Microsoft support directly to see if it is possible to move your purchases to the new account.

I tried calling, going through support, and every thing I try either denies my account existing or sends me to the support center where it'll say the same thing. How do I get support to get my account back? I have screenshots of someone from Italy changing my account and the email used to hack it. They logged into my EA account and there is nothing I can do but send a recovery email to the hackers email. Any suggestions?
