Windows 10: My Account was hacked and the hacker putted microsoft authenticator

Hello, few minutes ago, my account was hacked and the hacker putted Microsoft Authenticator and a new phone number i didnt have microsoft authenticator on my account then, he changed the phone number in the account and i lost all the acces to my microsoft account.I still have my Gmail Account with the same email. Windows Microsoft account authentication

I have a valid Microsoft account and a Windows 10 PC with Hello/PIN account login enabled. I also have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on an iPhone and configured for the Microsoft account. Additionally, I have two step authentication configured
for the Microsoft account. With all of that said, I have become very exasperated while trying to unravel the various authentication paths (and their security implications) through this multi level login security scheme. I find the associated account security
documentation to be woefully inadequate. Thus, I would like to pose the following list of questions for starters.

1. Does Windows Hello/PIN amount to a two step verification login procedure for my Microsoft account?

2. Does approving a Microsoft Authenticator login attempt (without two step verification explicitly set up)

amount to a two step verification login procedure for my Microsoft account?

3. Does approving a Microsoft Authenticator login attempt (with two step verification explicitly set up)

amount to a two step verification login procedure for my Microsoft account?

4. If answers to both 2 and 3 are yes, then what does explicit set up of two step authentication do?

5. Does a coherent, comprehensive document explaining Microsoft account security configuration exist somewhere?

6. If the answer to 5 is yes, wherer is it?

Microsoft Account: Hacker changed security email address

Can you add a new phone & then download the authenticator app to said phone & authenticate that way?

Or add a new email as backup?

Can you change the account password?

account where you can receive the code?

If you can sign in to the account check the activity & when you see the hacker’s details click on ‘This wasn’t me’ to see what options you’re offered.

If the answer is no due to security settings then only Microsoft can assist you to recover the account.

The only other option is to create a new Microsoft account using a different email address & turn on 2-step authentication immediately.

 

Account hacked. Email and phone number changed. Unable to recover account.

I suspect you have been hacked and the hacker has changed all the security information effectively making the account his. This is doubly true if he/she enabled 2 step authentication.

It is highly likely you will not be able to get it back
