Windows 10: My account was stolen and I cannot start Windows anymore

I bought Windows with my account. It was hacked and stolen. I Factory resetted my pc bc it got infected and now I cannot even start my pc. What can I do? I already sent my questionaire.

Steam Account Stolen, Again.

I using one password too,for everything and my accounts have never been hacked or stolen,I dont even use antiviruses or spybots ect,have only windows firewall and router for years now,and had no problems with viruses or something like that.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
