Windows 10: My acer laptop has infinite loop

I bought it last week. I tried to restart everything when the message "Your device ran into a problem" began to appear, but my computer shut down at 24% before it was finished. When I turned it backed on, it does the loading screen all over again. I can’t stop it. PLEASE HELP ME

I am getting a blue screen saying (as far as i can remember)

Infinite Repair Loop

I have an HP 14-ac151nr laptop. It attempts to diagnose and repair but loops. Cannot access safemode.

Have tried startup repair
bootrec.exe with /rebuildbcd & /fixmbr & /fixboot
chkdisk

I found this while searching the forum. Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery - Windows 7 Help Forums and tried it. on step 13 it said "The file sizes presented here are approximate estimations, and may vary depending on your system. If any one of them are 0 bytes, then you should stop what you're doing now and seek an alternative method of recovering your system, because Windows cannot function with a 0-byte size registry hive."

Of course everything was 0-byte.*Mad

I would assume its toast and I would need to do a clean install, or maybe a repair install or something else? Not sure what is the best action at this point. Need advice.

 

Computer stuck in infinite loop

So, I have an Acer Aspire V5 laptop that was originally on Windows 8. I upgraded this to Windows 10 when it came out and it was okay. After about 1 year of constant use, my computer was turning sluggish and i tried erasing my hard drives by going into Settings
> Updates and Security > Recovery. I followed the on screen steps and waited for the progress indicator to go to 100%. After about 10 minutes, it stopped at 47% and then displayed a message that said 'There was a problem resetting your pc'. It had the cancel
button there so i clicked it. It then restarted my computer and then it went into an infinite loop of displaying the Acer logo, hard drive noises increasing in volume, screen turning black and repeating the cycle. I tried pressing the power button a couple
of times but nothing happened.

Please help.
