Windows 10: My Acer Laptop is unable to recover, it is stuck at 30%

My Acer laptop was shut down automatically because of a low battery, after the plugin, my laptop was unable to boot. I don't have any backup DVD or Recovery USB. Please suggest a solution to recover my windows 10 without losing my files.

Acer laptop stuck “attempting to recover installation”

i was updating my laptop but i didnt realize it wasnt plugged in. about 30% in to the update my laptop died. i plugged it in and it has been stuck in a loop. starting with the acer loading screen, it then says “attempting to recover installation” and then
“undoing changes made to your computer”. it has been doing this for 24 hours. how can i fix this?

I didnt know what is happening with me on my acer aspire e5-575G Laptop

I had some issues while adding new email accounts and microsoft store and other services so I decided to reset my pc using recovery drive.

now its almost 3 hrs the recovering my pc is displayed and percentage is 30%

i've attached a screenshot of the screen where i am stuck

What To do HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!

Should i remove the usb and reconnect it or any other options !

Hi Guddu,

Here is a link that can help you decide on which recovery option to use for your laptop. Since you appears to be stuck at 30%, we suggest that you use an installation media to restore or reset your PC:

Note that there are 2 options to consider should you choose to use an installation media to restore or reset your PC.

On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. From there, you can:

• Restore from a system restore point by selecting Advanced options > System Restore. This will remove recently installed apps, drivers and updates that may be causing problems with your PC. This option will not affect your personal files.
• Select Reset this PC to reinstall Windows 10. This will remove apps and drivers you installed and changes you made to settings, but lets you choose to keep or remove your personal files.
