Windows 10: My Acer Laptop stuck at the loading screen there is the Acer logo and circling dots after I...

I have a problem with my network settings. The wifi option is missing so I tried to troubleshoot it myself. First I simply scan changes in hard drive in device management. At first it worked but soon it doesn't so I went to the second solution which is to uninstall and install the wifi virtual adapter. It worked but again it failed once again and the wifi virtual network adapter is no longer in there, it disappeared so I restart my laptop and still not there. I worried so I tried to search how to bring it back up until I stumble upon the commands. I use the netsh int ip reset command. I restar

windows 10 splash screen (with logo acer) shows twice

1. i installed windows 10 in two laptops. both are using UEFI BIOS. acer and asus. asus just fine. it shows just once splash screen, after press power button, ASUS logo with loading dots circle and then then windows login shows.

its cool and pretty fast. i love it.

but, my acer shows it twice. after press power button, acer logo with loading dots circle and then black screen about a second and then acer logo with loading dots circle again, then windows login show.

why this happen on acer ? please help me to fix this Mr. Deepak. because i love windows 10 so much. i just feel it unperfect on my acer.

3. nope ! all this happen after clean install, with driver and hardware on device manager just fine.

and both updated with windows update.

screen stuck on Acer Logo after a windows 10 system reset

Hi, I'm just wondering if its normal for my laptop to be stuck on the screen of Acer Logo after I just try to make a Windows 10 system reset. I choose the one that erase my stuff and programs I installed (the one that is supposed to be faster than the other
one). But after it shut down to make the reset, It didn't make the restar just got stuck in the Acer logo screen (no the one with the windows logo and the circle) So I just been wondering if its messed up or if its normal.

Acer Laptop stuck on start up

My Acer laptop, running Windows 10, has been stuck for many hours (10 plus) on the startup screen and all I can see is a circle of rotating white dots. I believe the April update is installed. Where do I go from here? Anyone able to help?
