My acer monitor is stuck on "Input Not Supported"

My tower is an AMD. I was loading up a CODMW2022 and it informed me my driver might be outdated and referred me to a page where I could download updated ones. So I did so. The download goes fine, it asks me to restart, I did so and it begins doing all of its updating. After so, it goes to the "input not supported" screen for a little too long so I search for solutions. The main one I found way to open your computer in safe mode. I found a lot of users had the same problem I did. They couldn't. I did the "shut it off three times and open it" method. I also did the "spam f8 right after you turn

    :)

    Monitor - No Input Signal

So you are suggesting that in the event this cable goes for a six, I try out the HDMI port? Seems quite a tenable suggestion - I never thought of that!

    Monitor - No Input Signal

According ti this Acer B223WL AJObmdr Specs - CNET
Monitor has VGA and DVI (HDCP) inputs. There must be a switch on it to choose which.
    Motherboard according to:
    has

    1. 1 x D-Sub port, supporting a maximum resolution of L: [email protected] Hz (You are using now)
    2. 1 x HDMI ports, supporting a maximum resolution of L: [email protected] Hz
      * Support for HDMI 1.4 version and HDCP 2.3. HDMI port would need an adapter to DVI-d port to monitor.

My acer monitor is stuck on "Input Not Supported"

current input timing is not supported

    Hi,

Following up on your concern about the error The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 1366x768@60 Hz or any other monitor listed time as per the monitor specifications. How did
it go after trying DaveM121's suggestion?
