thanks for information, after I checked, antivirus nod that makes sub acound alex

 

my facebook account is block and i have send all the docomentation and i can´t recover it, what i can do?

the problem is that i was been haked, then i change my password, then i activate the double step to sing in and i need put the new passord that i make a note of that, but i lose that note, i chagne again the password and i can activate the double step, i find the note and chage again the passsword and my account was blocked, i make the recovery step of facebook, the email and the identification document and thats dont work, where can i comunicate ehit facebook to recover the account
