Windows 10: My adfjkl keys dont work on my keyboard. how can i fix this?

A certain few of my keys don't respond at all when pressed. i am using my on screen keyboard to type this message. i have the rog strix gaming laptop. i have tried various troubleshooting methods. such as ensuring drivers are updated, sticky keys are off, diagnostic tests have been run. i am nervous to uninstall keyboard drivers in case i can't reinstall. pls give advice.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
