    Not much left to be said. I own the game and the store offers me to buy it again. Xbox app does recognize that I own it, I even see the achievements, can't install for there, because that is buggy as well. Went really deep there tried like 14 "solutions", but nothing worked.In general this is just depressingly bad service from such a huge company, both the store and the xbox app are amongst the worst software experiences I ever had.

    Hello dear support!

    I've heard about great responsibility of microsoft's support and I have a great chance to check how relevant is that My Age of Empires II: Definite Edition purchase is not recognised. :)

    Early I have purchased Age of Empires Definitive Edition on Microsoft Store, but unfortunately I cannot use it on my computer (because due my work we use LTSC editions of Microsoft Windows, where Store is unavailable). I've noticed that today Age of Empires
    Definitive Edition has been released on STEAM and it allows to be used without Windows Store. My inquiry/question is related to possibility to obtain a STEAM key for this game (and remove it from my account if necessary) to make possible to use my purchase
    and play it on my computer. Would really appreciate for any help!
