Windows 10: My airpods pro automatically connects to my windows laptop even if it's already connected...

My airpods pro automatically connects to my windows laptop whenever I turn my laptop on. Even though my airpods pro are connected to iPhone or any other device, every time I turn my laptop on it connects to it. I have to keep my laptop's bluetooth off in order to prevent this as I am already listening or watching something on my iPhone and as soon as my windows laptop turns on it connects to my airpods pro. Why does it happen ? I am using windows 11 version 22H2, OS Build is 22621.1265. It's not just about OS build number or version, its been happening forever.

Connecting airpods

My airpods are saying their connected and I never had a problem before with them. The sound keeps playing through the speaker instead of the airpods but their clearly connected. I really absolutely hate this computer since it was listed as being a good
computer and its complete trash but it never didn't connect and work properly. Its a stupid hp windows 10 if that means anything but shouldn't. I just want to know why it isn't playing through my airpods but says connected.
