Windows 10: My all Disk Utilities are not working!

After starting my computer I got a notification that there is a problem with the Hard disk...




I googled about it and found some ways by Command Prompt Administrator and Typed DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth... and found that the Component store is repairable...

then I typed DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth... but It is very slow and gets stuck at 20% for more than an hour and a half... I even rebooted but it had the same result.


I then gave another command which is Chkdsk c: /f /r ... but it showed that the disk is currently used so it can't be run and asked me to check the disk when I reboot and I typed Y...

I restarted my Laptop and the process started but even after 18 hours it was stuck at 11%... so I performed a Hard Shutdown...

after starting my computer again I again gave the above the commands but got the same results...


I again restarted my Laptop but before the windows sign coming I pressed esc key and in the troubleshoot problems I again used the command prompt and again used Chkdsk c: /f /r and this time the scan started...

After stage 5, the result was that there are no faulty sectors or anything bad!


Then I continued and started Windows 10...

I then used the command sfc /scannow but it is also slow and gets stuck at 24%... I rebooted and then again tried but the results are same!


I even tried for a disk defrag but the option of C: drive was not even their...



In Disk Cleanup, however the C: Drive option was there and I could see the C: Drive in This PC also...

I used Disk cleanup but the problem is still there!

I am now trying to update Windows Update but this is also not completing and the scans are taking hell of a time!

I even tried to restore, refresh and reset but its not working


I also heard some sounds inside my Laptop!

Which type of error is this!!!

I thought this could be cleared with resetting but even that has a problem!!

I tried all the possible procedures by Windows but none of them is working correctly or taking loads of time!!!

Please respond me fast... My Laptop is now very slow and unresponsive!

reinstalled windows 10 home and now optimize disk references solid state disks rather than hard drive disks

and utility does not work

Cool utility that we used to use in the DOS days!

I've got to try it out at home, but here's one of the best features of the old utility:

A bar graph by each folder, listing the relative size of each folder. It was great for flagging large files when housecleaning on a network... or home PC for that matter.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
