Windows 10: My almost 2 year old Philips TV has stopped working.

I have had a problem, I have two moniters, but my newer monitor/tv has stopped working, while i was playing a game, preferably beamng, The tv turned off out of nowhere. It will not turn on anymore. Before it stopped working, the tv had a darker spot in the top right corner. The tv had no other problems other than that dark spot, it was not unplayable but it was quite annoying when on sites that are fully one color, or roblox, as it makes it harder to find myself on the leaderboard. due to darkening the bright white to the roblox grey name tag for others.The tv model number is 24PFL3603/F7Or, y

Philips Hue not working with Invoke and Cortana

• Are you encountering any error when connecting Philips Hue to Cortana?
• What are the exact voice commands that you're using to control the light?

 

Cast to TV stopped working

Can't see any DLNA settings in the TV. I checked the list of devices and removed everything to start fresh in case it had gotten itself in the deny list but that still doesn't work.

Just checked the updates and it hasn't had an update since August which was way before it stopped working. As far as I'm concerned I haven't changed anything on either device, just stopped working.

Weird.

 

Cast To Philips TV/Roku Stick

I have a brand new laptop running Windows 10. I am attempting to cast video files to my TV. First I tried casting to my Philips smart TV. It gave me a connection error on my TV screen and wouldn't play. So then I tried my Roku streaming stick model
3500X. The video will stream with the exception that there is sound but no picture. I have tried searching and i can't seem to find a solution. Do you have any suggestions?
