Windows 10: My AMD Radeon Graphics Keep On Resetting & My Background Changes To Black

1. I have an activated copy of Windows 10 (if anyone is wondering) and I have set wallpaper on my computer, for no reason this wallpaper just turns black and resets and no refresh or anything brings it back, I have to manually set it again. This is my first issue which I need help with.
2. My second issue is that I use AMD Radeon Graphics and as I go along with my day they suddenly uninstall and then I have to install it all again through the whole process which is time-consuming for my workflow, I might go a few days without them being reset or even a few hours. Connecting/removing external display doesn't trigger this I think it's to do with something on the inside.

For issue number two I remember installing this driver updater software a while back which I think has caused the issue, but once it started I removed the program yet the issue still remains, I have also tried manually uninstalling the Radeon Graphics and installing them again and still no success

AMD RADEON Graphis

After following these steps

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type “devmgmt.msc” and hit Enter.
• Click on View Tab, Select Show hidden devices.
• Click on Scan for Hardware changes.
• Check if any unknown devices show up and expand the Display Adapters listed in the device list.
• If the Display device is listed, right click on it >click Properties.
• In General tab, under device status check for the message. Post back if there is any error message.

i found AMD RADEON R7 M265 in display adapters but when i was search AMD in windows ,i was not found further when i click right button of touch pad for refresh also not found AMD Graphics catalyst.also i not found any AMD driver in control pannel installed
programm list...why?

As per the device manufacturer’s support site, the graphics card is not designed to support Windows 10, the drivers for ATI Radeon HD 3450 graphics card are available only up to Windows 8, you can try with installing
AMD Catalyst software Suite for Windows 8/8.1 in compatibility
mode and see if it helps.

• Right click the applications installation file (exe), select
  Properties andgo toCompatibility
  Tab.
  
• Select the appropriate options from the list.
  
• Click Apply/OK.
  
• Right Click the file and select the
  Run as administrator option to install.
  

I also suggest to check in device manager if the PC has integrated graphics or get in touch with the device manufacturer to check the same. You can also get the complete device specifications by entering the System Service tag
