Windows 10: My AMD Ryzen 5000 Series software is broken

I noticed my second screen I have is almost unable to be read. I clicked on my AMD app and got the message below. I have tried to update the driver. Claims I have the latest driver. I went to Device manager and search my computer to select optional drivers....I tried both I found. Still, I get this message. In online videos the next step would be to start to play around with my registries. I prefer not to risk messing up my new ROG Zephyrus. But wish I had made another selection for a computer or software. Can anyone help??
