Windows 10: My apple mouse, trackpad or keyboard is not working on Windows 7

Hello. I have a MacBook Pro late 2011 and I installed Windows 7 on it and used the boot camp partition to access Windows and one day I found out the trackpad, keyboard and mouse click left or right suddenly stopped working in Windows 7. When I press anything on the keyboard nothing happens. When I force shut down my MacBook Pro the trackpad still doesn’t work and keyboard still doesn’t work on Windows, so I don’t know what happened but the keyboard and trackpad worked on Mac OS X but doesn’t work on Windows. Does anybody know how to fix it?

system requirements of Magic Trackpad and I see that it requires Bluetooth 4.0-enabled Mac computer with OS X v10.11 or later. If you have installed Windows 10 on a Mac using Boot Camp, refer this article on

How to identify your Apple wireless mouse, keyboard, or trackpad to use Magic Trackpad. You cannot use Magic Trackpad on a non-Mac computer. For more information regarding this, I'd suggest you to contact
Apple support.

• Since when are you facing this issue?
• Did you make any recent software/hardware changes?

As the keyboard and mouse both are not working, I can not suggest you with troubleshooting steps which will require the input devices.

You may try contacting the Apple support as they provide the drivers for devices.
