Windows 10: My apps are using more CPU than before

One day i noticed that my laptop is unusually loud when i was playing a game and checked task manager and found out that the game was using too much cpu than before it was mostly 30-25% but now it was at 50% , so i checked other games and it was also like that but they never usually go that high and so are the apps, i thought it was just happening today and so i went on with my day until the next day it was still like that. please help

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
