Windows 10: My apps feature does not have the Microsoft news option

Been having trouble with news articles. The main response is to go to app features, scroll down to Microsoft News. Microsoft news is not listed on teh app feature list.

How to remove all entries in windows 10 Optional Feature History

To help you with your concern, we suggest that you try to follow the steps provided below:

• Open Settings > System, and select Apps & features from the left side.
• Click on the Manage optional features link.
• To remove an app or a feature, select the feature and click on the Uninstall button.

You've gotta be kiddin' me. There must be some way to disable this "Get the App" notification or else I'm staying away from Windows 10 for good. Total nonsense. This feature won't be available to Enterprise users, will it?
