    Hi, My device is a surface laptop 7 with snapdragon processor, but it says 64 bit operating system, but when i check task manager, it says most things are arm64? Is this a bug?

    64 bit operating system request

    Hi Chitra,

    If you are using Windows 10 32-bit and you want to install to Windows 10 64-bit you will have to purchase the product key and download 64-bit ISO file and perform Clean installation of Windows 10. You won't be able to perform upgrade installation in this
    scenario. As the previous of Windows Operating System that you had was 32-bit, then you only have an option to upgrade to same 32-bit Operating System.
