Windows 10: My Asus BT-500 Bluetooth adapter hasn’t been working properly

So, **My Pc doesn’t support Bluetooth** and my Asus BT-500 drivers won’t install So when I try to install the drivers it says “confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your system. Plug in your device and click ok. then, it says ASUS USB-BT500 is not installed in your system.” Also when I go to device manager Bluetooth isn’t there, and I don’t think my pc is even recognizing the adapter. And I don’t think there’s anything that I haven’t tried. I don’t even get the OPTION to turn on and off Bluetooth. So if y’all have any tips or ideas, pls help.

Thank you. Your reply caused me to look again and the BT speaker was there all the time. The reason I didn't see it the first time was due to my colour scheme. In your pictures the list is very clear but on my system the listing is difficult to see. Have a look: -

It's not Zoom. I have two Bluetooth headsets that I use with it.

Bluetooth dongles not working only very bad internal bluetooth

Did you disable your onboard BT adapter in Device Manager? You said it isn't working but had you tried to get it working with the steps I gave earlier? Perhaps we could fix it.
