Windows 10: My Asus computer turns on and off after a second.

Hello, I'm introducing myself, my name is Leo. I have an ASUS computer. My computer seemed to have latency so I reset it during the reset it unfortunately turned off because there was no more battery. I was on a page for an afternoon where they offered me several solutions I tried them all but none succeeded in either restarting the reset or canceling it now for 1 day it turns on asus brand and turns off and does this for a very long time until the point where it has no more battery.Do you have a solution?

My Laptop turns off after 5 seconds....

Hi Norelle, can you please try the following steps for me:

• Remove the battery
• Disconnect the Power lead
• Press and hold the Power Button for 30 seconds
• Connect the Power lead
• Re-insert the Battery
• Turn your System on

Did the first step you suggested but the computer is not starting up at all so I cannot proceed to the second step.

 

Does this computer build have compatibility problems? Opinions welcomed!
