Windows 10: My asus drivers and services are virus?

So I checked my virustotal in autorun, it shows 4 of asus In redrelated driver got Trojan.Generic.hnsze Should I do something with it? Are those false positives?

I did all the methods and the troubleshoot but still I cannot install this Asus Smart Gesture so I'll just try to contact ASUS online. Thanks for helping me.

 

Asus Smart Gesture and Asus Touchpad Driver *Wrong Driver Issue*

You might be getting the error because the Windows Installer service might not be running. In line with this, let's try to start
the Windows Installer services. Follow the steps below:

1. Press the Windows key +
   R.
2. Type Services.msc, and press Enter.
3. Double-click Windows Installer.
4. Set the Startup type of Windows Installer to Manual.
5. Click Start to start the service. (Note down the error message if any)
6. Click OK.

If the problem continues, I suggest that you unregister and re-register the Windows Installer. Here are the steps:

1. Press Windows key + R.
2. To unregister the Windows Installer, type msiexec /unreg and press Enter.
3. Press Windows key + R.
4. To reregister the Windows Installer, type msiexec /regserver and press Enter.

I also highly recommend that you contact ASUS support and ask them if they have other installer for your ASUS Smart Gesture driver since you have already tried downloading the driver from their website and performed a reset on your computer.

I would like to inform that, it is the manufacturer who wants to release the latest drivers for the latest windows.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest driver and install it in compatibility mode and check.

Refer to the following steps to do so:

• 
  Right click on the driver, and click on Properties.

  Go to the Compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for:
  
• 
  Select version of Windows in the list of Operating Systems.
  
• 
  Click OK.
  
• 
  Double-click the driver file to install the driver and follow the onscreen instructions.

  Reboot your computer.
