Windows 10: My Asus E510 turn on in off, went I reset before I forgot my password what should I do?

:I bought a ASUS loptap on fredmayer I set everything on it, and I didn't usted for like 3 months and forgot my passport and I reset it , and now it doesn't work enymore it just showing up the word "Asus in search of incredible" and word apeir saying "prepering" and goes on in off , constantly, please I need help with that? Please
