Windows 10: My asus gaming laptop keyboard not working on board on screen external also not working...

I share a image this look like this now please help me solve problems My asus gaming laptop keyboard not working on board on screen external also not working some time it work but when I press alphabet keys it's different language help me please what I do now Device : Asus Rog G513QE

Nothing on the key board works.

On screen key board works, but not the laptop keyboard or any external keyboard.

 

Laptop keyboard and mouse not working

Laptop keyboard and mouse not working even external keyboard and mouse not working

Keyboard and mouse working only BIOS Setup or automatic repair screen

when the login screen appears laptop keyboard and touch pad even external mouse and keyboard not working

please suggest me what can i do???

Decent work/light gaming laptop

I would need a bit of time to suggest you a good laptop+accesories etc, but I don't have that time so I'll suggest you get an ASUS laptop or perhaps HP.

Couple questions that might help others help you:

Mind if the webcam that points to prof and numpad are external?
Screen sixe? like 10" or more like 17?
Budget?
Looking at the games, the integrated 4500mhd should do fine, will he do heavier gaming at some point?
Mind having a 2nd battery in order to get you to 5 hours?
Would you consider a netbook, say for example an ASUS 1005HA-PU1X-BK?
