My ASUS laptop does not shutdown completely

Hi! My Laptop encountered a problem recently.A month ago, I was editing on my laptop, then I had to leave it because I was doing something. So I decided to unplug it and left it for a while.I didn't remember that I had unplugged my laptop and it shuts down on itself. When I turned it back on, my laptop keyboard does not work anymore and my Laptop does not shuts down completely. I tried everything from turning off Link State Power Management, disabling Fast Startup, disabling Intel Management Engine Interface, resetting BIOS to default and reinstalling a fresh windows 11. But all of those didn'

After Windows 10 update the Shutdown does nor work (ASUS X53T laptop)

None of the suggested methods helped with my Asus laptop. The laptop could not complete shutdown. After all efforts the machine was so mixed up, that nearly nothing worked anymore.

    • The machine could not find Troubleshooting at all?

    • I could not update drivers, because I could not run Windows Update. It was running but doing nothing. I could not stop and restart it, even if I tried as an Administrator. I could not kill its process?

    • I tried to downgrade install back to Windows 7, but the machine told, that I do not have required files?

    • I tried to reset Wndows, and recover Windows 10, but with no success, those operations did not got completed?

    • I tried to make a clean full installation of Windows 10 using DVD-disk (first formatting system disk totally, and destroying all my other programs and settings), but this new installation only started and soon stopped, telling that it needs some drivers
that could not be delivered by WIndows Update (not specifying which driver it needs, not even for which device)?

    • After a while I started to think that the requested driver might be for the DVD-station of the laptop, it is Matshita, and I have not succeeded to find a driver update for it. Not from Asus support site nor from Matshita itself. So I connected through
USB-connector an external Optiarc DVD, and started again clean full Windows 10 installation to formatted C: -drive. This installation completed, without weepings for needed extra drivers.

    • So after a week wasting my whole freetime for fighting against this Shutdown-problem, I had a running (and shutdowning ;-) Windows 10 installation in my Asus laptop.
